Running on Venti - Run with Me!

I worked with Liz this fall to help me train for a half marathon. I have always disliked running and yet had a goal of wanting to ‘be’ a runner. Liz helped me transition from being a non-runner to someone who not only completed the half marathon, but who has continued to run regularly since the race. Liz mapped out my training for me and created a supportive, judgment-free environment where I was able to find my own groove. I had tried to run a couple of years ago, and ended up injuring myself. Liz helped me acclimate to running in a slow, steady, methodical way that kept me injury-free. The best gift that I have received from working with Liz is that I have fallen in love with running. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone who has thought about running but has been hesitant about giving it a try. Liz is so knowledgeable about running, training and nutrition, and will be able to help map out a plan that is perfect for you and that will help you achieve your goals.

Since I started running over 20+ years ago I have been answering questions about running, health, and life. I’ve PR’d and not PR’d. I am not afraid to try new things to help myself and others run healthy and more efficiently. I don’t ask my athletes to do anything I haven’t done or tried. My vision is to be of service to my athletes and help them go after their goals. I eat, breathe, sleep running. It has made me a better person mentally and physically and want to share it with who ever I can!
