Sharing a quick, short blog with all of you to wish you a Happy Valentine’s Day and share my love of the smoothie.

If you know me, you know I love a good smoothie. It’s everything good for you in a jar or bowl and it’s an easy, quick way to show my body how much I love it and all it does for me. Here is exactly what I put in the one I just had and is pictured here:

  • 1 cup unsweetened, vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1 banana
  • Sprinkle of turmeric & ginger
  • 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 little piece of a beet
  • 1/2 cup of organic frozen kale
  • 1/2 cup of organic frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of organic frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup of organic frozen blueberries
